- Drumsticks 6
- Green chili 6
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Butter 50 gm
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Sesame seed 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Heat frying pan, roast together cumin seeds, whole coriander, sesame seed and desiccated coconut.
- Now put the roasted seeds mixture in blender with coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, green chilies, salt and vinegar.
- Blend well, marinate drumsticks with this blended mixture and raw papaya paste for 1 hour.
- Now put marinated drumsticks in pan, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame till water dries and chicken tender.
- Now brush with butter and bake in grill pan for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot.
